Thanks to its pristine location, Barcelona enjoys typically moderate summers in comparison to the more intense heat experienced in the south of Spain. This makes the activity of golf quite ideal in and around the city, which is enhanced even more by the fact that this part of the country experiences more rain, resulting in green and fertile lands and golf courses, not to mention surrounding landscapes and views.
A multitude of golf courses are within reach of the city, each with its own exceptional design and character. One important thing to note is that many of the clubs are quite exclusive and that the availability of spaces depends on membership. Thus, be sure to contact the relevant clubhouse in advance to avoid disappointment.
